The Tuning Point is always very thorough when we take our car there for oil changes and/or maintenance checkups. And they let us know about potential future service needs that they see while looking under the hood but are not pushy at all - but rather very informative about work they see that may need to be done in the future. They are honest, work efficiently and charge reasonable rates. We will definitely continue to use them for any future work needed.

Needed diagnosis for weird behavior of truck: traffic alerts, lights, a/c, radio. Recommended seeing a dealer instead of charging me the $3100 it took to fix a tail light problem. Very considerate and reasonable only $50 for the diagnosis and advice. I even called back twice again, and A.J. was helpful and courteous. Their reputation is well deserved.

Fantastic service I had an outstanding experience with The Tuning Point start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the repairs without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Brought our SUV in for its $100k service, brakes and an electric issue. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle now runs perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their repairs and genuinely care about their customers. Their honesty, communication and attention to detail while doing the job correctly are hard to find. If you’re looking for a trustworthy repair shop that provides excellent service and high-quality workmanship, I highly recommend The Tuning Point. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs.

I brought my 2008 Toyota in to get an estimate on a braking problem I was having and although there was a nominal service charge for the inspection they provided me with a front to rear full inspection report which was extremely thorough and very helpful in determining whether I should invest further funds into the used vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and informative and it was a speedy process. I would definitely recommend this service shop to anyone needing automotive repairs.

Excellent, friendly service. They aim to make sure you’re pleased with their service. They thoroughly check out entire vehicle and let you know in writing their findings. Very trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend.
